LLE - card programming, 24 Nov. 2023 00:33

Hello
I‘ve got SRAM Card Mitsubishi Melcard 512kb and Omnidrive USB. Some time ago (maybe year) I‘m format this card and using usually for LLE (Sicma, Mono-Master, etc.).
One week ago I‘ve needs to program routes to ex. BVG MAN Lion‘s DD with original displays, so only for check - I‘ve instert card in right display, display reads program and wuala - only what I need then was make more routes, insert card in every display and add L8401 for system. But today i‘ve got some surprise from my card (or TedPlus) - I‘m insert card, save program, take out card, insert in display and.. first orange, then red light - no program, I know that. So I insert card again in Omnidrive, checks in Windows Explorer - there‘s nothing, no partition, nothing. So I‘ve change a battery in SRAM card, insert a card, add simple partition via diskpart, format normally in Windows, save a program from TedPlus, insert card to display and again - orange and red light.
I don‘t remember how I format this card originally and I can‘t find any tutorial how to do that. Only what i found (and tried that if there‘s any active links) is this two threads:

I tried a WinImage - not work‘s.
LLE_m_Vektor_Original_LLE-Card_512 - I can‘t find that.
Do You have any solution for that problem?

Just push the format button in TedPlus card menu..
If that does not work, go to PCM and format the card there.

I‘ve do that yesterday, format card via PCM with this parameters:
EDC type: none
Attribute memory usage: Erase
Cluster min: 1
Cluster max: empty
Number of FATs: 2 (and 1 too)
In the next step I‘ve format card via TedPlus and saved export files. Does‘nt work.
Format via Ted don‘t works too. Orange and red light.
I‘ve got one sign on worktable so I can try any solution in every moment to check if that works.
Maybe general problem is that I‘m operating on Windows 10/11? Idk...

Is the card readable after you plug it into your lawo CU?
If you get an empty card after plugging it into a CU it means that the card is bad. I have seen this multiple times with old cards, either the battery has a bad connection or the circuit in the card is dead. It works in Omnidrive until its pulled out, because the omnidrive powers the card. Dont trust the battery good message.
If you only have this one card and need to program the sign asap
you have to swap the card into the CU really fast(but dont bend the pins) you have 5 seconds at most.

Problem was solved, I‘ve formatted card in another PC with Windows 7 installed.

Ich habe ein ähnliches Problem:
Und zwar lassen sich verschiedene Karten mit TEDplus und Omnidrive nicht mehr korrekt Formatieren.
In den Sicma-Rechnern (E39xx usw.) funktionieren die Karten, in den alten E3007 und LCD-Rechnern funktionieren die Karten nicht mehr.
Stecke ich die Karte in einen E3007, spricht sofort der Watchdog an (alle LEDs leuchten am Rechner und am Kartenleser und fangen an im Gleichtakt zyklisch zu blinken).
Es hatte mal jemand erwähnt, dass die Karten für die E3007 einen bestimmten Sprungpunkt brauchen, den scheint das TED aber nicht korrekt hinzubekommen. Hat jemand noch eine Idee?
Vielleicht eine Eigenheit der 64-bit-Systeme (Win XP und Win 10)? Hab leider kein 32-bit-System zum Testen zur Verfügung.

Ich hatte auch das Problem. Ich konnte von einer richtig formatierten Karte ein Image zu ziehen, dass man über den PC-Card Manager einspielen kann
Im Link habe ich das Image für alle zugänglich gemacht.

Mein Problem habe ich jetzt erstmal wie folgt gelöst:
PC mit Win 98 32-bit im Lieblingskaufhaus gekauft und mit TED900 und L1151 (Lawo PC-Card-Drive) die Karten formatiert.
Ich möchte mal noch testen, obs mit Omnidrive oder einem PCI-Laufwerk auch geht.
Die Lösung wäre dann: 32-bit-Systeme können die Karten korrekt formatieren.
