Hi
Some one can help me with programing Gorba CU5 and CU8? I want to set up Gorba PC’s. If you need i can help you with Mobitec MIE, or something with Mobitec. Or something in another way.

In which area do you need help?
Should fixed lines/targets be created or do the lines/targets come from the printer?
That depends on how you program them. These can be used for decentralized data storage and programmed for IBIS operation using PLAIN TEXT.
It is also possible to do both.
You can set this in the parameter menu.

I have the program.
Only the CU5 supports the route function.
With the CU8 you can only enter line and destination.

No, I don‘t have Ukrainian fonts.
I only have the German fonts.

This won‘t work because Gorba has a different font extension. (. FON)
Fonts from Mobitec to Gorba does not work.
You have to create a new font in Gorba in the font editor. And I don‘t have the font editor.

The fonts must be formatted specifically for Gorba.
There is an alternative that is very time-consuming to create.
You can create a graphic for the target (line+target) in the graphics editor of Gorba.
In the end, it would look like this.
It is very time-consuming, because you have to click on every single point in the graphic editor.
You cannot copy and paste pre-created texture.
You can also take this only as a graphic.
This detour does not work for the stop names.
For me, he only takes the Latin script.
I would suggest that I send you the Alpha-NT software and you try it yourself?

Guys, why are you debating over Ukrainian fonts on a German forum?
Ask the guys from EAT(Ivanofrankivsk) they should have Ukrainian Gorba and Lawo fonts.
I think Kharkiv also has those

EAT is the municipal transport agency in Ivano Frankivsk.
Pretty sure ichr works with another municipal agency, I suspect as much, because he was asking about MS font support and that is a dead giveaway that he worked with Granato (a very bad mix of Chinese P10 Panels that is only used in Ukraine) system before.
Can‘t give out names publicly, but one can search FB for EATs progress reports on getting their Gorba signs functional and all contributors are tagged :)

Щоб запрграмувати табло Горба, треба програму АльфаНТ і спеціальну карточку пам"яті PCMCIA SRAM 128k або більшу і спеціальний пристрій читання(або ноутбук приблизно до 2000 року з віндовс 98).
Я раджу звернутися до ЕАТ(комунальники Івано Франківська), вони мають все необхідне і зможуть запрограмувати табло.

Було декілька варіантів CU5 i CU8, якщо в тебе варіанти з ЮСБ, то достатньо зробити то що каже luckysunyblue, якщо в тебе варіант з широкою диркою, то треба буде спеціальну карточку як я написав раніше.
