Hallo,
wir fahren seit kurzem SEV für einen Auftraggeber in NRW. Dieser wünscht sich eine Beschilderung der Fahrzeuge mit den Linien und keine Zettelwirtschaft an den Scheiben. Unsere Anzeigen können jedoch nur Ziffern Schildern.
Gibt es eine Möglichkeit die Linie als Buchstaben Anzuzeigen? Im Moment können wir als Zieltext z.b. "RE7 Krefeld" schildern, jedoch nur an der Seite sowie Front, Links und am Heck kann nur eine 7 über die Eingabe der Liniennummer 007 , es erscheinen natürlich ohne das RE davor.
Die Nummer Erscheint dann auch noch zusätzlich auf der Front sowie Seitenanzeige, so dass dann dort steht:
"7 RE7 Krefeld"
Dieses ist der Fall bei Krüger-Anzeigen in unsrem MAN A11.
Wir haben noch einen weiteren A11 mit LAWO Anzeigen.
Dort sind die Anzeigen sehr seltsam Programiert und zwar ist jedes Ziel wohl als "Bild" hinterlegt. Die Anzeigen sind von 1997 noch ohne leuchtende LED´s im IBIS-System (Keine Mono).
Die Liniennummern und Ziele sind fest kombiniert und lassen sich nicht einzeln schalten. So ist unter der Zielnr. immer eine Linie mit Ziel hinterlegt,
Beispiel:
Ziel 001: Front: 123 Hauptbahnhof Heck: 123
Ziel 002: Front: 123 Gegenrichtung Heck: 123
Ziel 003: Front: 123 Dienstfahrt Heck: X
Ziel 004: Front: 124 Hauptbahnhof Heck: 124
Ziel 005: Front: 124 Gegenrichtung Heck: 124
Ziel 006: Front: 124 Dienstfahrt Heck: X
... usw
Ziel 999: Front: "Kinder" Schulbus "Kinder" Heck: "Kinder"
Durch Eingabe von einer Liniennummer über das IBIS Steuergerät ist keine Reaktion zu sehen, die Liniennummer scheint Fest mit dem Ziel Programmiert worden zu sein und ich nicht änderbar was uns komisch vorkommt da man ja dann dafür eine viel größere Menge an Zielnummern benötigt wenn nicht frei kombiniert werden kann.
Nun die Frage wie man z.b. "SEV" oder "RE7" in die Liniennummeranzeigen bekommt. Ein Bekannter hat es mit IBIS Utility versucht einzustellen , aber Freitext kann die Anzeige wohl nicht. Er meinte wenn man die Anzeigen ein mal einstellt und dann die IBIS Stecker abzieht bleibt das Ziel bzw die Zielnummer fest drin, selbst beim stromlosen Zustand und schaltet dann nicht neu um bei erneutem einschalten der Zündung.
Vorschläge?
Verbaut ist ein LAWO 8401 A Steuergrät bei beiden Systemen.

In the Krueger system the special lines are stored in the firmware and sadly enough I don‘t have software to edit that.
The LAWO system is more easier. It‘s possible to reprogram it so the line-number and destination is selected apart from each other. It‘s also possible to input custom line-numbers like selecting "7" will display "RE7" on the sign.

Hi Fien,
Can you tell me how to to it? Do you need pictures of inside my LAWO? Do I need to take pictures of the eproms? Would be great to program it like this to have all kinds on railway replacement possibilities:
Numer:
100 -> RE
101 -> RE1
...
199 -> RE99
200 -> RB
201 -> RB1
...
299 -> RB99
300 -> S
301 -> S1
...
399 -> S99
or should it be like this:
001 and special sign 1 -> RE1
001 and special sign 2 -> RB1
001 and special sign 3 -> S1
If you are able to help me it would be great!

Do you have the TEDplus software with a matching custom.cfg file for your sign system? You‘ll need both.
I can make a custom.cfg for the most signs if you have the sign size (pixels) and address numbers of them. Then you can edit the lines and destinations yourself. Because you talk about eproms I suppose it‘s a system with the old 802-24/802-15 controller boards. If that‘s true, you just can write the files to eproms yourself.

It‘s a 802/15 board with data loaded into the RAM chip.
So AZR12C is the FW Chip, this FW does not support "Freitext", it only supports pre determined entries that have to be created via TedPlus.
If you pull out the back chip in the green socket you will delete the data in RAM and brick this board.
If you are not familiar with TedPlus and/or EPROM burning, i would suggest that you ask smb to prepare the data for you and write it onto EPROM chips.
Please note that as the current Data is stored in RAM you will not be able to return to the current state after you have tried a freitext conversion.

Hi,
no i don´t have any knowledge about it, BUT i´m willing to learn everything about it and buy equipment. First step how to change to FREITEXT later i´ll try to make new Ziele via TEDPLUS.
Where to get any other EPROM which is not AZR12C for FREITEXT? If i pull it out, can I later put it in again or will it not work any more?

Stored text in EPROM and "freitext" is not possible at the same time. Changing the RAM storage to EPROM is just a matter of changing some SIP-switches but MagnusMagus is right about the exiting data and config will be lost then.
Do you have a EPROM-writer and spare EPROMs?
If you have the size (amount of pixels) of the signs I can make a configuration file for most of these signs. Then you can input your own lines and texts and burn it to a EPROM.
