BUSE BS100 can‘t open service menu, 14 Dec. 2015 22:16

Hello, great forum. I read here from a long time ago, but now I need some help.
This BS100 can‘t open service menu, when I press ‘0‘ nothing happens. I want to try to change firmware with version 3.0 (now it is v1.3). Can someone help with firmware .bin file for programmer? Flash is PLCC M28C64C.
