The function of the S4 DIP-switches are firmware-dependent. Don‘t touch it if the sign is working correct ;-)

With standard firmware 1-2-3 is for the writing speed:
ON-OFF-ON is for "normal"
OFF-ON-ON is for "fast"

4-5-6 is for the test-mode:
OFF-OFF-ON => Test-mode
ON-OFF-OFF => Full-black
OFF-ON-OFF => Full-yellow


It‘s NOT for selecting the size of eprom‘s. The SB6502 offcially only supports 27c64 for the firmware and 27c256 for the texts.
