With AZR12C and the PCB "802/15" you can use the Flash-Prom AM29F010 (size 1MB)
I have DS003a-Software for PCB 802/xx (24 and 15, 16x 112 pixel) from Dresden. Other Fonts are not testet yet.

Hello,
LAWO has stopped supporting the old sign controller 802/15 and 802/24. You can get the 802/15 as spare part, but there is no chance to get a (new) software for DS003a and DS021. It is also hard find an old software especially for the resolutions you are looking for.
By the way: Take care about the Varta battery. It has a lifetime of 8 to max. 12 years. If the battery is damaged, the acid can destroy the board.

OK, that‘s fine. The battery is only necessary when you are working with RAM. Without the battery power the RAM will loose all data.
That the sign controller will work with 256 or 512 kBit is only a matter of the DIP switches (802/15) or the jumper settings (802/24).

Ok, another thing: When you are using TEDplus, there is a settings for the EpromTyp. When the setting is to K256, you can only use 256 kBit. You have to change the setting to K512 and save the files again with TEDplus. You will see, the files will be a little bit bigger. When you take a look to the binary files whith a hex-editor, you will see, that now the beginning of the file is filled with FF.

Mh, I think it isn‘t FF, but 4B - that is what my EPROM-data looks like....
Oder mal auf deutsch:
Dieses Formular vorneweg ist bei mir mit 4B = "K" gefüllt. Mal ne blöde Frage dazu - haben die Dateien eigentlich ne Prüfsumme oder sowas oder könnte man diesen Block auch händisch davor schieben?
