does anyone have some program for creating timetables and routes for board computers ?

Unfortunately we have not been done. There we are the first steps for a MAS3.

In companies in Czech Republic they use programs called FS Skeleton, Chaps Socret or Winado (for EMtest fare collection machines) but i cant get any of them....
